Electric Guitar Lessons in Woking.
In our electric guitar lessons, you can expect to receive personalized instruction that is tailored to your individual needs and goals.
Your professional teacher will work with you to assess your current level of skill and develop a lesson plan that builds upon your existing knowledge and challenges you to improve.
You'll receive ongoing guidance on techniques for playing chords, scales, and arpeggios, as well as exercises to improve your speed, dexterity, and precision. Your teacher will also help you develop your ear training, improvisational skills, and stage presence.
As you progress, you'll have the opportunity to learn new songs, explore different styles of music, and develop your own unique playing style.
Throughout your lessons, you'll have the opportunity to ask questions, receive feedback, and receive encouragement from your teacher, and you'll have the tools and knowledge necessary to continue improving your playing outside of the lessons at our Weekly Jam Nights!

Technical Proficiency
Execute complex riffs and solos with ease. Play with greater confidence, which can lead to more enjoyable performances and a greater sense of achievement.
Ear Training
Develop your ability to recognize and identify different sounds, notes, and chord progressions by ear. A strong sense of relative pitch or perfect pitch can help with improvisation and playing by ear.
Musicality
Connecting with your audience and convey emotions through through various elements such as melody, harmony, rhythm, dynamics, and phrasing. Elevating from technical proficiency to true artistry.
Knowledge of Music Theory
Understand the chords you can playing, construct your own chords, and playing more complex chord progressions. Aiding improvisation and the ability to communicate with other musicians.
Creativity
Creativity is what sets great guitarists apart from the rest. It allows a guitarist to improvise, write their own music, and express themselves in their playing, leading to new and exciting musical possibilities.
Performance Skills
Stage presence, confidence, and the ability to connect with the audience. Leading to increased opportunities such as playing in a band, performing at events, and collaborating with other musicians.

Nicolas Meier is a Swiss-born, UK-based guitarist renowned for his unique fusion of jazz with Turkish, Eastern, and Middle Eastern music, Flamenco, and Tango. A graduate of Boston's Berklee College of Music, Nicolas has performed globally, including two world tours with the Jeff Beck Group.

Stefan is an accomplished guitarist and educator, known for his dynamic playing and engaging teaching style. As a member of the London-based indie rock band FRANCIS (formerly Emma & the Idles), Stefan brings real-world performance experience to his lessons.
